strip-llvm: Remove import libraries for liblldb/libLLVM/libclang-cpp

The import libraries for libLLVM/libclang-cpp are rather large
(21 and 15 MB each), while it hasn't been too much of an issue
with liblldb.dll.a (which was 600 KB).
