Subject: [PATCH] strip-llvm: Remove all libLLVM*.a

46efff459a2665bb92d5aac407f23949b23f65fd regressed this aspect,
where libLLVM-<version>.{so,dylib,dll} was meant to be kept, but
also ended up keeping libLLVM<name>.a. (This only matters if trying
to strip a build done with --full-llvm.)
