Subject: [PATCH] run-tests: Move resetting of the TESTS_EXTRA variable earlier
 in the loop

A test that was added to TESTS_EXTRA in
e934c04ef4621fcf98054e96dfc3ffd246c60e27 wasn't actually ever
executed; this makes it be executed as expected.
