Subject: [PATCH] github: Expose the job properties (TAG and versions) in an
 artifact too

While we use the job outputs since 18bd3665ac56fda41177814f243a0fff9a9434c4,
having the info available in an artifact makes it easier to
fetch this in later separate workflows.
